Lunergy products are covered by the applicable commercial warranty stated in our Warranty Policy.
Current warranty periods include:
- Hub 2400 AC: 10 Years
- X2400 AC: 10 Years
- BP5200 Battery Module: 10 Years
- EB2500 Battery Module: 10 Years
- P1 Meter: 2 Years
- Wheels / Mobility Kit: 2 Years
The warranty period begins on the date the customer receives the product.
Damage caused by improper use, unauthorized modification, incorrect installation, or failure to follow maintenance instructions may not be covered.
9. Product Use and Safety
Customers are responsible for using Lunergy products according to the product manual, safety instructions, and applicable laws.
Do not disassemble, modify, or repair products without authorization.
The installation environment, electrical conditions, and ventilation must meet the applicable product requirements.
